Leon Design Co. designs, builds, and hosts websites for small businesses. Project scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
A deposit is due to begin work, with the balance due at launch. We accept Square, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Ongoing hosting and support is billed as described in your plan.
Each project includes one round of revisions prior to launch. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included may incur an additional fee, quoted in advance.
Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before design work begins. Once design work has started, deposits are non-refundable, as they cover time already invested. If we're unable to deliver a website that meets the agreed scope, you'll receive a full refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit.
You may cancel at any time by contacting us in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at our standard rate.
Ongoing hosting and support may be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers outside our control.
